About Us
Welcome to Exam1st (exam1st.com), a free online library of Sri Lankan exam past papers and marking schemes. Our goal is simple: help students, teachers and exam candidates find the papers they need quickly, in one place, without signing up or paying.
Who we are
Exam1st is an independent educational website created for Sri Lankan learners. We are not part of the Department of Examinations or any government body. We built exam1st.com because good study material is often scattered across many places and hard to find, especially on a phone. You can reach us any time at lkjobslanka@gmail.com.
What you will find here
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) and Advanced Level (A/L) past papers
- Grade 5 Scholarship examination papers
- Government and competitive exam papers, and teacher exam papers
- Marking schemes and model papers where available
- Sinhala, Tamil and English medium papers
- Free practice quizzes with answers and explanations, and exam related news
How the site works
Papers are organised by exam, subject, year and medium so you can filter and download them in a few taps. Every paper is a PDF that you can view online or download to your phone or computer. There is no registration and no download limit.
Where the papers come from
Past papers are public examination documents. We collect them from publicly available sources and from students and teachers who share them with us. We do not claim ownership of any examination paper. See our Disclaimer for details, including how rights holders can request removal.
Our aims
- Keep every paper free to view and download, with no sign-up.
- Label each file clearly by exam, subject, year and medium so it is easy to find.
- Fix wrong files and broken links quickly when they are reported.
- Respect the rights of paper owners and act promptly on valid removal requests.
